Happy Monday folks! Started my week with a killer cardio based crossfit workout filled with kickouts and burpees:

Warmup: 15 min AMRAP 
30 sec handstand hold
1 rope climb
10 pistols each leg
30 second superman hold 

WOD: 5 rounds for time
25 kickouts
11 pull-ups
8 burpees 

30 second rest 

Hope everyone started their week off with a good workout!
