I’m the perfect example of someone who says: Allright, tomorrow, I’m gonna start, now, let’s eat a whole package of chocolate, cookies and sweets, because it’s the last day I’ll be able to enjoy it, before I start my journey.

Small changes can make a big difference, cliché, I know, but hey it’s true!
Don’t cut out everything from your diet immediately, allow yourself to have sweets every once in a while and don’t go on crazy diets, because you’re gonna feel like crap and it’s not gonna work. Be realistic, and patient. Remind yourself of the reasons why you want to do this. Write them down, put it on your mirror, or somewhere you look at frequently. That’s what is going to keep you motivated!
